Serving Toronto & the GTA

Specialized surface
restoration by laser

Rust, graffiti, old paint, weathered wood, tired brick, mould — vaporized off the surface, not ground into it. No chemicals, no sandblasting, no damage to what's underneath.

What we restore

If it's on the surface, we can take it off

The laser is tuned to the layer we're removing and stops at the material underneath. That's why it's trusted on heritage stone and antique wood that blasting or chemicals would ruin.

Masonry restoration

Brick and stone that has darkened, been painted over, or crusted with decades of grime — brought back to its original face. Gentle enough for heritage facades; every job starts with a test patch.

From $500/hour · quoted per project

Wood restoration

Grey, weathered decks, painted beams, log homes, charred or varnished antique pieces — restored without sanding away the grain. The wood keeps its texture; only the tired layer goes.

From $500/hour · quoted per project

Rust removal

Trailers, railings, machinery, tools, wrought iron, car parts — even heavy, flaky rust cleans back to bare metal, ready for primer the same day.

From $500/hour · quoted per project

Graffiti removal

Spray paint lifted off brick, stone, concrete and metal — including the porous surfaces where paint-overs and pressure washing fail. Storefronts, garages, fences, underpasses.

From $800/hour · quoted per project

Mould treatment

Kills surface mould on joists, sheathing and walls — without spraying a drop of moisture back into the space that grew it. Ideal for basements, attics and crawlspaces.

From $500/hour · quoted per project

Fire & smoke damage

Soot and surface char removed from brick, stone and structural wood after a fire — one of the few methods that cleans smoke damage without spreading it.

Why laser

The cleanest way to clean

A focused pulse of light vaporizes the contaminant. The surface under it reflects the beam and stays untouched.

No chemicals

Nothing sprayed, nothing soaked in, nothing running off into your garden or drain.

No abrasion

Unlike sandblasting or grinding, the original surface — brick face, wood grain, machined metal — survives.

No water

Dry process. Safe indoors, safe on wood, safe on anything that shouldn't get wet — including mould jobs.

Test patch first

Every job starts with a small test area, so you see the exact result before we run the full surface.

How it works

From photo to finished surface

Tell us about the job

Book below and answer a few questions — what the surface is, what's on it, roughly how big. Attach photos: most jobs are quoted straight from a picture.

Assessment & test patch

We come to you, confirm the quote, and run a test patch so you see the result on your own surface before committing.

Restore

We clean the full surface and walk it with you. Metal is left ready to prime; masonry and wood are left as they were meant to look.

Book your assessment

Pick a time that works and tell us about the surface — it takes about a minute. You'll get a text and email the moment it's confirmed.

About

Restoration, not replacement

Lazer Restore exists because most "ruined" surfaces aren't. Rusted metal, painted-over brick, grey decks and smoke-stained stone are usually original material with an unwanted layer on top — and the layer is all we remove.

We serve homeowners, businesses and property managers across Toronto and the GTA.
